ॐ तत्सत, राजीव(आपका नाम) प्रकट हो जाओ, परमात्मने नमः।

साधना का समय और नियम - रात या दिन किसी भी समय आप ये साधना कर सकते है, पर जब भी करेंगे एकांत में और शुद्ध वातावरण में जहां कोई डिस्टर्ब न करे।

-          ३ घंटे तक त्राटक करते हुए जप करना है अपनी परछाई देखते हुए। 40 Days Ritual

-          दिन है तो सूर्य या आईने में त्राटक करना है, अगर परछाई का त्राटक कर रहे हो तो गले पर नजरें जमनी है और आईने में कर रहे हो तो अपनी आँखों में आँखें डालनी है।

-          अगर रात को कर रहे हो तो ११ बजे से २ बजे तक या १२ से ३ बजे तक का समय उपयुक्त है। और दिन में भी यही टाइम है १२ से ३ बजे तक। सरसों का दिया जलाकर पीठ के पीछे, दिवार पर जो परछाई हो उस की गर्दन पर त्राटक करते हुए मंत्र जप करना है।

सावधानियां - ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करना है।

- किसी के गलत या बुरे के लिए इसका प्रयोग नहीं करना है या हमजाद को बुरा के लिए नहीं आदेश देना है।

- साधना के बीच में हंजाद बोलेगा तो उस से बात नहीं करनी है बस अपनी साधना में ध्यान देना है।

- अगर हमजाद कुछ शर्तें रखे तो ध्यान रखना है की उसकी किसी भी शर्त को तुम नहीं सवीकार करोगे ये सब साधना के अंत में होता है।

साधना में जब सिद्धि होने लगेगी, तब पहले तो आपकी परछाई हिलती हुई महसूस होगी आपको, फिर कुछ दिन बाद वो उठ कर चलने लगेगी लेकिन आप बैठे बैठे जप कर रहे होंगे। और बाद में वो आपसे बात करना शरू कर देगा  लेकिन अनुष्ठान पूर्ण होने से पहले, आपको उस पर ध्यान नहीं देना है, इसका विशेष ध्यान रखना है।
